Royal Boon Edam Group Holding announces new Group CEO.
The 1st January 2010 sees the start of a new decade, but also, the start of new management and structure within the Royal Boon Edam Group.
Mr. Nick Kersey has served as the Group CEO for the past ten years, and after discussions with Mr. Niels Huber, the Group’s Chairman, and the Board of Directors, has decided to retire as the Group CEO on reaching his 60th year.
Mr. Michael Clark, a Director of the Group since 2001 will become the new Group CEO, guiding the Group’s success in the years to come. With this will come a change in the management structure of the Group with the creation of Regional Directors, one of which, the Group is very pleased to announce, is Mr. Nick Kersey, who has agreed to stay with the Group as the Regional Director for Boon Edam operations in Asia/Pacific.
